- Tuesday 19h30 - 22h00
- Thursday 18h30 - 20h30
- Saturday 12h00 - 14h00
Teaching the techniques:
- Nage-waza: throwing techniques
- Ne-waza : various grappling techniques: fixed positions, more accessible
- Randori (free-style sparring)
Developping the physical condition:
- develop and maintain good mobility and flexibility: endurance, strength, speed and coordination (general conditioning)
- more specifically : develop the endurance and the speed/power through randori combat
Psychological preparation:
- MOTIVATION pursuit of a black belt or better
- Faire en sorte que les cours de judo soit un endroit d’épanouissement personnel et d’effort physique intense mais agréable
- the practice of Judo viewed as a fulfilling and rewarding physical challenge participate in regional or veteran competitions
- volunteering one’s time in events or activities related to Judo and the club
