Schedule:

  • Tuesday 19h30 - 22h00
  • Thursday 18h30 - 20h30
  • Saturday 12h00 - 14h00

Teaching the techniques:

  • Nage-waza: throwing techniques
  • Ne-waza : various grappling techniques: fixed positions, more accessible
  • Randori (free-style sparring)

Developping the physical condition:

  • develop and maintain good mobility and flexibility: endurance, strength, speed and coordination (general conditioning)
  • more specifically : develop the endurance and the speed/power through randori combat

Psychological preparation:

  • MOTIVATION pursuit of a black belt or better
  • Faire en sorte que les cours de judo soit un endroit d’épanouissement personnel et d’effort physique intense mais agréable
  • the practice of Judo viewed as a fulfilling and rewarding physical challenge participate in regional or veteran competitions
  • volunteering one’s time in events or activities related to Judo and the club
