Judo theory:

Judo etiquette (bowing, an-za, sei-za, lining up, bowing before/after an exercise, bowing to the tatami))

Some Judo vocabulary ( sensei, dojo, etc, the name of their club (club de judo- Olympique), counting in Japanese, names of the techniques)

The rules of the sport (points, penalties, what is permitted or forbidden)
Psychological preparation:
