- 8 to 9 throwing techniques (Nage waza) : o goshi, ippon seoi nage, o soto gari, koshi-guruma, de ashi barai, o uchi gari, sasae-tsuri-komi-ashi, uki-goshi

- 5 immobilizations + 5 escapes
- ground techniques (4) : on all fours, simple flip (uke on the belly) , semi-nelson , pushing the tori’s knee while on one’s back

lateral displacement with a partner (standing)
- forward/backward footwork techniques (Ayumi-Ashi)

Randori – (free-style sparring) standing and on the ground, correctly (stance, flexed arms, lateral displacement). Randoris lasting 3 minutes
Physical fitness and general motor skills (emphasizes motor skills and flexibility (non-Judo) and develops strength and endurance) :
- warming-up games (8-10)

spider-crawl forward/backward, side rolls, etc.
displacement by buttocks, etc.

Judo Theory:

Judo etiquette (bowing, an-za, sei-za, lining up, bowing before/after an exercise, bowing to the tatami)

Some Judo vocabulary ( sensei, dojo, etc, the name of their club (club de judo- Olympique), counting in Japanese, names of the techniques)

The rules of the sport (points, penalties, what is permitted or forbidden)
Psychological preparation

Introducing: Stress management: grade exams (advancing in belt colors) and house tournament participation (in December and May)

Controlling negative emotions: discipline and self-control and resolving little conflicts between the kids
